I bought this product and it worked fine for a few months. It then stopped working one day after having no physical accidents or misuse. I tried to contact the manufacturer because they claim it comes with a one year warranty. I was not able to get in touch with anyone over the phone after several calls and messages . I ended up just sending it back to the company's address thats listed on the warranty paper with a copy of the receipt. Its been several months since and I never heard a peep back from them or received a new or repaired coffee pot. The product didn't last and the manufacturer proved themselves to be cheats by not honoring their warranty. I would strongly recommend NOT buying any product manufactured by this company.
